What an incredible year it's been!

This year we started this wellness community in Mildura. A space to open your mind & soul. A space to grow mentally & spiritually. And connect with likeminded humans. Many sessions of breathwork, yoga, meditation, workshops, men’s circles, women’s circles, ice baths, cacao ceremonies and parties.. Lots of @bluelilyhealing & @wearesacred cacao.. And so many connections and good vibes. It’s been a transformational year. And one we want to celebrate 🙌 So join us for a epic celebration down at the river on Xmas eve..

8am - 10am

With all the things we love - meditation, breathwork (light session) connection, hugs and cacao! Optional ice bath for those keen* ❄️
