Our weekly sessions are a place to get comfortable being uncomfortable as we engage in breathwork, ice baths and other wellness activities designed to help connect you deeper with yourself as well other like minded people in the community.

An incredible Activation Style breathwork session focusing on deepening your connection within.

Followed by an ice plunge!

Any breathwork experience welcome.

(yes, even beginners!)
